Simflake 1 Day Single Broadcast System

This is a versatile, single-broadcast floor system that utilizes commercial coating Decorative Chip to achieve easy-to-maintain, long-lasting results. This three-layer system offers a variety of blends. Simflake SB 1-Day Epoxy consists of a basecoat, full chip broadcast, and topcoat. Gloss finish but optional satin and non-skid texture is also available.

Simflake 4 Coat Single Broadcast System

This is a single-broadcast floor System that utilizes DECORATIVE CHIP to achieve easy-to-maintain, long-lasting results. This four-layer system has a gloss finish, but optional satin and non-skid texture is available. SIMFLAKE SB consists of a primer, basecoat, vinyl chip broadcast, and topcoat.

Simfloor HB Epoxy

Simfloor HB Epoxy is a high-gloss and durable epoxy system designed to withstand abusive environments. This 2-layer system restores eroded floors to a high-gloss finish and can be top-coated with high-wear and chemical resistant topcoats for extra levels of protection.

Simfloor Epoxy Siloxane

Simfloor Epoxy Siloxane is a chemical-resistant floor system that offers maximum surface protection commonly found in abusive environments. This low odor system offers abrasion, chemical, and UV resistance. The recommended topcoat finish is available in gloss or satin.

Simfloor HWU

Simthane High-Wear Urethane system is based on a unique high-performance, three-component, high solids, low VOC urethane floor coating that provides superior resistance against abrasion, chemicals and UV exposure. The topcoat, SIMTHANE HWU, comes neutral and has a satin finish with a light, consistent texture.

Simfloor ESD

Simthane ESD utilizes the same resin as HWU with a special filler that provides static dissipative electrical properties. Simthane ESD urethane is translucent gray and must be mixed with U-TINT to yield a consistent, satin appearance with a light texture.

Shop Floor

Shop Floor is an industry standard for protecting concrete in manufacturing/work zones. 1/16° Shop Floor is slip resistant and used in areas subject to tough traffic.

Our version locks in the single broadcast with a polyaspartic, which provides UV stability and chemical resistance.

COMMERCIAL COATING SIMTHANE HWU is a unique high-performance, three-component, high solids, low VOC urethane floor coating that provides superior resistance against abrasion, chemicals, corrosion, and UV exposure while imparting flexibility.

This product is supplied as a clear topcoat that has a satin finish with a light, consistent texture and can be pigmented using U-TINTS.
